RePack

Congratulations, you will shortly receive a parcel in a RePack package. While it is the contents that matters most, the RePack package makes sense in many ways. It is a durable package that can be reused dozens of times.

You can make use of your RePack package in two ways:

1. Something to send? Reuse the package!

• Buy a new RePack delivery. You can buy a new RePack delivery at EUR 5.50 when you use the consignment ID (e.g. MH123456789FI) of the previous delivery of your RePack as the discount code.

• Place your product in the RePack package, enter the activation code, sender’s name and mobile phone number in the address field of the package. Alternatively, you can print the address card you received as an attachment to the order confirmation and tape it to the field.

• Leave the package at any Matkahuolto terminal service point or parcel locker.

• Use the service point search to look up service points and parcel lockers.
  Track & trace the parcel.
  

2. Nothing to send? Return the empty package!

• Return the empty RePack package to Matkahuolto! You will receive a code that will entitle you to a EUR 1.00 discount in Matkahuolto’s online parcel store.

• We will send the discount code to your e-mail address within two weeks of return as soon as it is registered for the RePack.
  

What is RePack?

• RePack is a package that can be returned and reused time and again.

• The recipient of the RePack package can re-send it via Matkahuolto.

• The RePack package saves money and the environment because it is designed to withstand multiple use dozens of times.

• If you do not want to reuse it or it is damaged, you can return it to Matkahuolto.
