Delivery freight is delivered to the consignee’s (recipient’s) address.
During the work week parcels are normally transported to the destination within 24 hours and delivered to the consignee on the following work day.

|Arrival notification||No specific notice of delivery is given to corporate customers. The deliveries are made Monday-Friday during 8.00–16.00. Consumer customers are informed of the arrival of the parcel by phone to agree on the time of delivery.|
If the consignee cannot be reached and the parcel delivered, it will be held free of charge for four days following the date when the arrival notification is sent. After that, a storage charge applies. Parcels are held at the pick-up point for 14 days after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to the consignor at the consignor’s expense unless otherwise agreed. Storage charge
