Our extensive team
Matkahuolto employs around 700 professionals, from customer service staff to freight handlers, and from vehicle drivers to dispatchers. The majority of our staff take care of passenger and parcel services in customer service roles at our locations.
At the heart of our work is the provision of high-quality and seamless services and a great customer experience. Our support experts are constantly developing our services, embracing the new digital and multi-channel opportunities for the benefit of our customers.

Matkahuolto was an official partner of Helsinki Pride, Finland’s largest human rights and culture event, in 2021. The purpose of Helsinki Pride is to eliminate inequalities in culture and language and in the structures, values and norms of society at large.
