You can return an item to a parcel locker or other Matkahuolto service outlet depending on the return method. Please keep in mind that normally you must also inform the online store in advance about the return.

You received a ready printed return label or an activation code
Here is how you can return an item to a parcel locker:
If you received a return label, attach it to the parcel. If you received an activation code from the online store, write it on the parcel along with sender’s name, address and mobile phone number and receivers name and address.
Choose Send from the parcel locker screen.
Scan the bar code from the return label or put in the activation code according the instructions on the screen. Choose accept.
Choose a suitable locker size (S–XL) for your parcel from the screen. The locker you chose opens automatically.
Put in the parcel and close the door.
Please note that you can’t return to a parcel locker with the original shipment ID or with a return code. The return codes are distinguished by the starting number 9.
You have a return code
The online store can use a return code which is same for all shipments. You can distinguish the return code by the starting number 9.
With the return code you can return your parcel to any of Matkahuolto’s service outlets except parcel lockers.
Bring the parcel to the counter and give the return code.
