We provide a centralised nationwide ticket and timetable inquiries service

Matkahuolto’s centralised timetable inquiries system offers timetable information for each and every bus route in Finland (with the exception of regional services in Helsinki, Tampere and Turku and the Waltti bus network services).

Matkahuolto sells tickets for routes and services operated by companies included in Matkahuolto's centralised timetable system. Ticket prices for individual routes and services are available on our website at and via Trips and Tickets mobile app.

Information on Matkahuolto ticket products and prices is available online at and from the Matkahuolto Customer Service Centre at tel. 0200 4000 (call charge EUR 1.98 per min + network charge).

Actual transport services are provided by private bus and taxi companies.

Customer satisfaction and quality monitoring

Matkahuolto addresses all customer feedback without delay and replies to all feedback containing the sender’s contact details. For us, feedback is an important tool for developing the services.

Matkahuolto monitors the quality of its services and the level of customer satisfaction by conducting regular surveys. The results are used for improving services and reported on Matkahuolto’s website.

Any claims for refund related to timetables or tickets are processed in accordance with Matkahuolto’s conditions of travel. Customer feedback and complaints concerning travel services may be submitted using the feedback form available on the website or by phone by calling 0202 331 222. Calls are received Mon-Fri 8.00-16.00 (call charge 8.4 cents per min).
