Accurate reporting to support your business - Matkassa Pilvi
Matkassa Pilvi is a backend service that is used to manage the functionality of the driver app and the selling and pricing of products, as well as to monitor business through sales and passenger reports.
Passenger reporting
Passenger reporting includes all passenger events recorded in Matkassa Pro or Matkassa Lite (additional service). The report is comprehensive and can be broken down by route and by day.
The report can be used to track:
eBus tickets
single tickets
card stampings
records
passenger volumes
boardings and deboardings
Cash reporting
Cash reporting includes all sales transactions defined in product management that are made with Matkassa Pro. In addition, the report covers Matkahuolto’s season and series cards and the stamping of travel cards for Waltti products. Transactions are clearly broken down by line, service or payment method. Each transaction indicates the device used and the driver by whom the transaction was made.
Other Pilvi features and products
A report can also be created in Pilvi for charter and regular transport services. For the report, the departure time and place as well as the number of passengers are added.
Pilvi contains transport manager products needed to run the day-to-day business. These include sending a message to the driver in the driver app and creating driving schedules.
For subsidised transport reporting, Pilvi reports can be exported in Excel or pdf format. Authorities can also be given access to the system to view reports on a specific transport operation.
