Cancellation of parcel

You can cancel a parcel purchased from Matkahuolto's online parcel store in accordance with the distance selling provisions of the Consumer Protection Act using this form within 14 days of the date of purchase. A refund is possible if the consignment ID and activation code are unused, i.e. the parcel has not yet been shipped.

You can claim for a refund for a parcel you purchased if, for example, a peer-to-peer deal was cancelled or you did not receive an email with an order confirmation or activation code for the parcel you paid for, and the parcel was therefore not used. Please fill in the fields carefully. Please check the accuracy of the information before submitting the form so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

The refund will be paid within four business days using the original payment method. If you paid via Ã…landsbanken or S-Bank, please provide your account number to receive the refund. You will get an email confirmation of your form submission. If we need more information, we will be in touch.
