The Kamppi long-distance bus terminal is easy for all passengers to use.
Moving around the terminal: The terminal is easily accessible also with a wheelchair, rollator, or stroller. You can move between floors by elevators, escalators, or stairs.
Guidance for visually impaired passengers: There are tactile guide paths on the floors that lead safely to different locations. The tactile markings guide you from the entrances to the platforms, elevators, and the taxi stand.
Platforms: The route to the platforms is level. The platform doors open automatically. The displays show bus departure times and platform numbers in clear text.
Waiting areas: The terminal has plenty of seating. Seats can be found near the platforms and in the central hall. All waiting areas are accessible.
Taxi area: There is a clear route from the terminal to the taxi stand. The door line is marked with tactile indicators, and there is a button to open the door.
