Receive a parcel

You can track your parcel delivery through Track & Trace.

When your parcel is ready for pick-up, you will be immediately notified with a text or email message. When collecting the parcel, you must present a valid proof of identity, such as a driving license, passport or police-issued personal ID card. If you cannot pick up your parcel yourself, someone else can collect it for you. The identity of the person collecting the parcel is checked when the parcel is picked up.

If your parcel has been delivered to a parcel locker, you will need the code indicated on the arrival notification to pick it up. At the parcel locker, you must first choose “Collect” on the display. Then, you must enter the 8- or 6-digit code on the arrival notification. The locker door will automatically open revealing your parcel. Take the parcel from the locker and close the door.

You can choose Matkahuolto as the carrier for products purchased online if the online store has made a transport agreement with Matkahuolto. With many online stores, it is possible to select some other pick-up point if it is more convenient than a Matkahuolto Parcel Pick-up Point. Otherwise the parcel will be delivered to the default pick-up point based on the postal code of the area. Usually, the default pick-up point is the Matkahuolto terminal, K-store, R-kioski, parcel locker or Matkahuolto’s other parcel pick-up point closest to the address indicated on the parcel.
