Sustainability management
Matkahuolto’s Board of Directors has given its approval to Matkahuolto’s sustainability programme, its objectives and amendments, and regularly monitors its implementation.
The Legal Affairs and Sustainability Unit is responsible for managing and implementing the sustainability programme, as well as for its monitoring and reporting. In practical terms, sustainability is promoted across the different functions of the organisation, each of which is responsible for implementing sustainability measures in its own area.
When developing our sustainability programme, we take into account the changes in the operating environment and conduct an active dialogue with our stakeholders. We actively develop our competences to promote sustainable development in all functions and at all levels of the organisation.
