Ordering a Value Ticket with a Travel Card

Order a Value Ticket for your travel card by filling in the information below.

A card fee of €6.50/card is charged for the value ticket order. The value ticket can also be loaded with the desired euro amount. A value ticket can be loaded with a maximum of €250. You can also order a preloaded value ticket product for your travel card, in which case the Value Ticket will be loaded with a monetary value on the bus.

A payment link will be sent to the buyer's email within two business days. The order will be delivered to the customer after payment.

The ordered Value Ticket for your travel card will be sent as a package to the nearest Matkahuolto pick-up point provided by the customer. You will receive a text message notification to the phone number you provided when your travel card is ready for pick-up.
