You can cancel an eBus ticket up to 24 hours before departure using the eBus ticket cancellation form. A return ticket may be cancelled in part or full 24 hours before the outbound departure. If your departure is scheduled for the weekend or a red-letter-day or weekday after weekend/red-letter-day, you must request cancellation on the previous weekday. If your departure is scheduled for Christmas Eve or Midsummer Day's Eve you must request cancellation on the previous weekday. A service charge of EUR 9 applies when you cancel an eBus ticket. The service charge payable in connection with the ticket purchase will not be refunded. Cancellation can only be made once. If you have cancelled your outbound trip you can no longer cancel the return trip separately.

If you don't have a Finnish bank account, the refund will be issued to the charge card you paid with.

If your request for cancellation is in order, we will not send any reply and will make a refund within five (5) banking days. We will only contact you if you have indicated that you want a receipt of the cancellation or if we need additional information.
