May Day and – check timetables 

May Day on Friday 1 May will bring changes to bus timetables.

For all timetable information, including public holiday exceptions, please refer to our website at www.matkahuolto.fi, the Matkat app or call 0200 4000 (call price €2.49/min + local charge).

Want to save time and effort? Get your bus ticket in advance online or via app. With a pre-purchased ticket, boarding the bus is quick and smooth.

Exceptions to opening hours for service numbers and service points

The Travel Services customer service number 0200 4000 (EUR 2.49/min + local network/mobile charge) will be available on May Day Eve, 30 April, from 8:00 to 21:00, and on May Day, 1 May, from 10:00 to 18:00. Normal opening hours during the weekend.

The Travel Services feedback and complaints number 020 331 222 (EUR 0.084/min + local network/mobile charge) and the customer service channel in the Matkat app will be closed on May Day.

The Parcel Services customer service number for consumers 0600 11300 (EUR 2.49/min + local network/mobile charge) and the chat in the Paketit app will also be closed on May Day. The Paketit chat will be available again on Monday, 4 May 2026.

Matkahuolto’s own service points are closed on May Day. Most service points, such as K-markets, R Kiosks and parcel lockers are also open on May Day. Check the opening hours of the service points in our service point search.
