Short Service Interruption in Parcel Services on Sunday, 2 August 2026 at 8:00 AM

We will perform maintenance work on the database of our parcel system on Sunday, 2 August 2026. The maintenance will cause a 30-minute service interruption starting at 8:00 AM.

The following services and functions will remain available during the interruption:

• Parcel collection from K Group parcel points and all parcel lockers.

The following services and functions will be unavailable during the interruption

• Dropping off parcels at parcel points and parcel lockers.

• Parcel collection (excluding K Group parcel points and parcel lockers, where parcels can still be collected during the interruption).

• Purchasing and tracking parcels online and in the Paketit app.

• Service point search on our website.

The maintenance work is carried out to ensure the continuity and reliability of our services. We have scheduled the work for a weekend to minimise any inconvenience to our operations, partners and customers.
