We deliver your parcel within 1-3 business days. When the parcel is available for pick-up, we will notify the recipient by SMS or email. The recipient will receive the parcel by presenting identification: a driving licence, passport or police-issued ID card or, if the parcel is picked up by someone other than the recipient, identification and a power of attorney.
You can use the parcel locker to send and pick up parcels with a maximum size of 30 kg and 70 x 40 x 55 cm. For parcels with a maximum size of 30 kg and 60 cm x 60 cm x 120 cm, you have to go to the other service outlets of Matkahuolto. To send and pick up even larger parcels, please go to a Matkahuolto terminal or Matkahuolto agent.
Extra services
A parcel purchased at a Matkahuolto terminal can also be sent as a COD (excluding several parcels containing Car tyres set) or fragile delivery and it can be delivered to the recipient’s home. Parcels may also contain dangerous goods suitable for transportation.

Limitations
The parcel may not contain any live animals, perishable products or other content in contravention of the General Conditions of Carriage.
Parcels containing firearms and dangerous goods permitted to be carried on buses can only be sent and received at Matkahuolto outlets and Matkahuolto agents.
