Special terms and conditions for Online tickets for journeys between Helsinki and St. Petersburg and Lappeenranta and St. Petersburg

  1. While purchasing Online ticket, passenger name has to be the same as in travel documents (passport/visa)

  2. Passenger name has to be written in the Latin alphabet. Cyrillic alphabet can not be used.
