Kemi city ticket

Tickets are available for purchase and use in the Trips and Tickets mobile app.

In the local transport of the City of Kemi, the available ticket options are a single ticket and a 30-day season ticket.

Travel area

With the Kemi city ticket, you can travel within the city of Kemi on lines 2, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2BC, 6, and 6A. The public transport is organized by Meri-Lapin joukkoliikenne.

From 1 October 2025, the ticket will have a QR code that must be stamped with a car device. Stamping is quick and easy by showing the QR code to the car device reader. The ticket name, terms and conditions, and purchasing will remain the same.

A single ticket for Kemi's local bus service is valid for 60 minutes. You can make multiple trips with the same ticket, as long as it is valid when you board the bus.
