Varkaus City Ticket

Tickets are available for purchase and use in the Matkat mobile app.

Travel area

• Varkaus-Kuvansi tickets can be used on routes 1, 3, 4, 61, 62, 63 and 64 in the Varkaus region, in Kuvans and in Varkaus service traffic.

• Joroinen single tickets can be used on routes 62, 63, and 64 within the municipality of Joroinen.

• Varkaus–Joroinen tickets can be used on routes 1, 3, 4, 61, 62, 63, and 64 within the municipalities of Varkaus and Joroinen.

Single tickets

Time of validity

A single ticket is valid for 60 minutes from the selected start time. You may make multiple trips with the same ticket, provided it is still valid when you board the bus.

Validity

Single tickets are valid on services operated by Soisalon Liikenne Oy.

Travelling

Child tickets are valid for children aged 7–16. Children under 7 years of age travel free of charge.

The ticket will include a QR code that must be scanned with the onboard device.

30 day season tickets

Period of validity

The season tickets are valid for 30 days from the date chosen as the start date of the validity period.

Validity

Varkaus–Joroinen season tickets are valid on services operated by Soisalon Liikenne Oy.

The Varkaus-Kuvansi season tickets can be used to travel on the Soisalon Liikenne Oy, Kantamatkat Oy, Rautalammin Auto Oy and Kangaslammin Taksitaito Oy traffic.

Travelling

The tickets are personal and cannot be used to pay for several passengers.

Serial tickets

Period of validity

The serial ticket is valid for 90 days from the date chosen as the start date of the validity period.

Validity

The Varkaus-Kuvansi serial tickets can be used to travel on the Soisalon Liikenne Oy, Kantamatkat Oy, Rautalammin Auto Oy, Kangaslammin Taksitaito Oy traffic.

Travelling

The tickets are personal and cannot be used to pay for several passengers.
