Varkaus City Ticket

Tickets are available for purchase and use in the Trips and Tickets mobile app.

Travel area

Varkaus local transport and Varkaus-Joroinen commuter transport tickets allow you to travel on lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 61, 62, 63 and 64 as well as Varkaus service transport. See more here.

Single tickets

Time of validity

The single ticket is valid for 60 minutes from the selected start time. You can make several trips with the same ticket if it is valid when you board the bus. Starting from 1 November 2025, the ticket will include a QR code that must be scanned with the onboard device.

Travel area

• With a single ticket for Varkaus and Kuvansi, you can travel on lines 1, 3, 4, 61, 62, 63, and 64 within the Varkaus area, in Kuvansi, and on Varkaus service transport.

• With a single ticket for Joroinen, you can travel on lines 62, 63, and 64 within the municipality of Joroinen.

• With a Varkaus-Kuvani-Joroinen single ticket you can travel on lines 1, 3, 4, 61, 62, 63 and 64 in the Varkaus and Joroinen municipality area.

Validity

The tickets can be used to travel on the Soisalon Liikenne Oy traffic.

Travelling

The single ticket for children is for 7-16 year olds. Children under 7 years old can travel free of charge.

The 30 days city ticket is valid for 30 days from the date chosen as the start date of the validity period.

Validity

The 30 days city ticket for young people is for under 20 year olds.

The tickets can be used to travel on the Soisalon Liikenne Oy traffic.

Travelling

The tickets are personal and cannot be used to pay for several passengers.

Serial tickets

The 44-trip city ticket is valid for 90 days from the date chosen as the start date of the validity period.
