May Day and Ascension Day – check timetables

May Day on Wednesday 1 May and Ascension Day on Thursday 9 May will bring changes to bus timetables.  

For all timetable information, including public holiday exceptions, please refer to our website at www.matkahuolto.fi, the Trips and Tickets app or call 0200 4000 (call price €1.98/min + local charge).  

Want to save time and effort? Get your bus ticket in advance online or via app. With a pre-purchased ticket, boarding the bus is quick and smooth.  

Exceptions to opening hours for service numbers and service points   

The Travel Services customer service number 0200 4000 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including on May Day and Ascension Day. The call charge is €1.98/min + local charge.  

The Travel Services feedback and complaints number 020 331 222 (€0.084/min + local charge) and the customer service channel of the Trips and Tickets app are closed on May Day and Ascension Day. 

The Parcel Services customer service number for consumers 0600 11300 (€1.98/min + pvm) and the Chat feature of the Paketit app are closed on May Day and Ascension Day.   

Matkahuolto’s own stations and offices are closed on May Day and Ascension Day. Most service points, such as K-markets, R Kiosks and parcel lockers are also open on May Day and Ascension Day. Check the opening hours of the service points in our service point search.
