Midsummer Memo – check the timetables 

Midsummer will be celebrated on 21-22 June 2024. Midsummer Eve and Midsummer Day will bring changes to bus timetables and customer service.  

For all timetable information, including public holiday exceptions, please refer to our website at www.matkahuolto.fi, the Trips and Tickets app or call 0200 4000 (€1.98/min + local charge).   

Want to save time and effort? Get your bus ticket in advance online or via app. With a pre-purchased ticket, boarding the bus is quick and smooth.   

Exceptions to opening hours for service numbers and service points   

The Travel Services customer service number 0200 4000 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Midsummer. The call charge is €1.98/min + local charge.    

The Travel Services feedback and complaints number 020 331 222 (€0.084/min + local charge) and the customer service channel of the Trips and Tickets app are closed on Midsummer Eve and Midsummer Day.  

The Parcel Services customer service number for consumers 0600 11300 (€1.98/min + local charge), the Chat feature of the Paketit app and the Parcel Services feedback and complaints number 020 33 6161 (local/mobile charge) are closed on Midsummer Eve and Midsummer Day. 

Matkahuolto’s own stations and offices are closed throughout Midsummer. Most service points, such as K-markets, R Kiosks and parcel lockers are also open during Midsummer. Check the opening hours of the service points in our service point search.
