New ticket options for special groups now available

New travel cards designed for special groups, who are unable to use the Trips and Tickets app, are now available for order. With the introduction of these new travel cards, the sale of the old Stored Value Card has been discontinued.

Nationwide serial tickets can be purchased for the new travel cards. The price of the travel card is 7 euros (including delivery costs), and the delivery time to a Matkahuolto parcel point or parcel locker is approximately one week.

In the future, you can view the details of your travel card, such as remaining valid days or trips, on the website by logging into your personal services. However, new trips cannot be purchased for the travel cards through this channel, but rather via a separate order form.

You can continue to use the old travel card until its balance runs out, after which you will need to switch to the new travel card. The old travel cards will be completely phased out on December 31, 2024. We recommend ordering the new travel card in advance.
