Buy the ticket no earlier than 32 days prior to departure and, depending on the service, no later than 11.30 am on the weekday before the day of departure (services run by Liikenne P. Piirainen Oy), 8 pm on the day before of departure (services run by J M Eskelisen Lapin Linjat Oy), 60 minutes before departure (services run by Kutilan Liikenne Oy), 40 minutes before departure (services run by Orajärven Bussit Oy) or 30 minutes before departure (services run by Gold Line).

Only a limited number of special offer tickets are available for certain days and departures. If no special offer fare is displayed for the connection you want, either there are no special offer tickets for that leg of the journey or the low-price tickets are sold out.

With J M Eskelisen Lapin Linjat Oy and Liikenne P. Piirainen Oy, the Special Offer eBus Ticket only entitles you to travel the between the localities indicated in the ticket and the stop at which you get on and off the bus must be located within the limits of the centre of the designated city or municipality. For example, if the stop indicated in the ticket at which you are to board the bus is the Oulu bus station in Oulu, you can get on the bus at any of the express bus stops located within the city centre limits.

With Kutilan Liikenne Oy, the Special Offer eBus Ticket only entitles you to travel the between the localities indicated in the ticket and the stop at which you get on and off the bus must be located within the urban area of named city. For example, if the stop indicated in the ticket as which you are to board the bus is the Oulu bus station in Oulu, you are allowed to board the bus as far as at Yli-Ii junction in Kiiminki. Likewise, in Rovaniemi the corresponding stop is at Ojanperä junction.
