Stored value ticket

The value card is intended for use by passengers who do not have access to the Trips and Tickets app available on the mobile phone.

The value card is valid until 30 June 2024.

Ticket validity

The value card can be used to pay for the trips of one or several persons. The driver charges the value card for the trip to be made according to the carrier’s single ticket fare list, with the value loaded on the card decreasing based on the number of trips paid.

The value card can be used for trips of varying lengths and on most buses.

However, you cannot travel with the value card on OnniBus MEGA services or on local services in the Helsinki metropolitan area (Espoo, Helsinki, Kauniainen, Vantaa), or in Tampere and Turku. You can check the validity of your ticket in the Timetable Search.

Buying and loading a card

You can load up to €250 worth of value on a value card. After the first loading additional loadings can only be made on the bus.

From 1 July 2023, new travel cards must be ordered using this form.

Validity period

The value card is valid until 30 June 2024, after which it will be discontinued. A value card can be refunded during its validity period subject to the applicable service charge.
