This is how it works
Our research shows how frustrating it can be if your parcel is redirected to a different pick-up point than the one you originally chose. Sometimes that’s unavoidable, but now we’ll compensate you with points when that happens.
We also reward you for picking up parcels quickly. The faster you collect your parcel, the more space you free up for the next customer – and the more valuable points you earn. Everyone wins!
