Ebus ticket cancellation form

You can cancel an eBus ticket which is bought via our website up to 24 hours before departure using the eBus ticket cancellation form. Tickets purchased from the Trips and Tickets app cannot be cancelled.

A return ticket may be cancelled in part or full 24 hours before the outbound departure. If your departure is scheduled for the weekend or a red-letter-day or weekday after weekend/red-letter-day, you must request cancellation on the previous weekday. If your departure is scheduled for Christmas Eve or Midsummer Day's Eve you must request cancellation on the previous weekday.

A service charge of EUR 9,50 applies when you cancel an eBus ticket.

Cancellation can only be made once. If you have cancelled your outbound trip you can no longer cancel the return trip separately.

The refund will be paid within five banking days using the original payment method.

Cancellation of tickets purchased for the travel period 24 December–29 December 2025 must be made no later than Tuesday, 23 December 2025. This also applies to return tickets where the outbound journey falls within the period 24 December–29 December 2025.

Cancellation of tickets purchased for the travel period 1 January–2 January 2026 must be made no later than Wednesday, 31 December 2025. This also applies to return tickets where the outbound journey falls within the period 1 January–2 January 2026.

Cancellation of tickets purchased for the travel period 6 January–7 January 2026 must be made no later than Monday, 5 January 2026. This also applies to return tickets where the outbound journey falls within the period 6 January–7 January 2026.
