Matkahuolto is the most valued parcel brand – reputation continues to strengthen

Matkahuolto’s Parcel Services is the most valued brand in its sector, and the one users are most willing to recommend among all brands in the industry, according to the Brand Value 2025 survey conducted annually by Taloustutkimus Oy. In addition, Matkahuolto’s parcel services evoked the most positive emotions among those familiar with the brand.
Respondents considered Matkahuolto’s Parcel Services to be more reliable and innovative than other brands in the sector, and to offer the best value for money. Matkahuolto also ranked at the very top in terms of quality and responsibility.
Matkahuolto’s Travel Services achieved an excellent second place in the reputation index, maintaining its position from last year.
Among all 699 brands surveyed, Matkahuolto ranked an impressive 42nd in the courier/parcel/post/transport services category, a significant improvement from 67th place last year.
Matkahuolto’s trust and reputation strengthened further
Matkahuolto’s reputation continued to strengthen in the Trust & Reputation survey conducted by Reputation & Trust Analytics (formerly T-Media). Matkahuolto received the highest ratings of all industry peers, and our reputation reached the best level in the survey’s history. Results improved across all dimensions of reputation: governance, economy, leadership, innovation, interaction, products and services, workplace, and responsibility.
Our strongest ratings came in products and services as well as economy, while the greatest improvements were seen in interaction and governance.
