Restrictions and special terms conserning tickets purchased for services operated by Onnibus.com Oy

The limitations and special conditions below are valid on departures operated Onnibus MEGA (not valid on OnniBus FLEX departures)

Travelling

When you travel with Matkahuolto's ticket on a service operated by Onnibus MEGA, you tell the driver reservation-ID, which can be found on the receipt of the ticket.

Children

Children under the age of 10 may use the services operated by Onnibus MEGA (subsequently Onnibus) only if accompanied by a person who is at least 15. Unaccompanied children between the ages of 10 and 14 may use the services operated by Onnibus only if they carry a written consent signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Pets

Persons travelling with pets cannot use services operated by Onnibus. Guide dogs are the only exception. If you wish to travel with a guide dog, please contact Onnibus Customer Service and make a booking well in advance.

Luggage

On services operated by Onnibus, passengers are allowed one suitcase weighing up to 20 kg which is placed in the luggage compartment. In addition, you can take one piece of hand luggage that can fit on the overhead shelf or under the seat. You can also take one pair of skis or one snowboard with you.

Seat tickets

Your seat is marked on the ticket.

Bicycles

You cannot take a bicycle as luggage on Onnibus services. However, you can take a folding bicycle in a suitable carrying case as luggage.
