The combined evening deliveries for Home Parcel and parcel lockers are expanding to Turku

This spring, we piloted a model of more precise delivery times in Tampere, and we have now expanded the renewed Home Parcel to Turku as well. The customer satisfaction survey we conducted during the Tampere pilot has provided us with valuable data to support the development of Home Parcel. According to the survey, our customers have been satisfied with the renewed service.

Similarly to the Tampere pilot, we will also send a delivery time survey to our Home Parcel customers in Turku, where they can choose evening time slots on different days. On the delivery day, the recipient will receive a notification via message or the Paketit app about the estimated delivery time, along with a link to a map view for real-time tracking of the package.

Going forward, recipients will also be able to see a more precise arrival time in the Paketit app for packages delivered to parcel lockers.
